“El ahorrador gallego no es inversor; el dinero está gestionado por la banca” – ENTREVISTA A DOSITEO AMODEO

 

5/10/2014 – La Asociación Europea de Asesores Financieros en España se reunirá los próximos 9 y 10 de octubre en Galicia por primera vez. Concretamente será en Santiago, a dónde acudirá el delegado de la comunidad, Dositeo Amoedo.

-¿Es Galicia una comunidad inversora?

-Los datos dicen que en Galicia hay unos 62.000 millones de euros de ahorro. De esos, el 78% está en cuentas corrientes y depósitos. Esto significa que el ahorrador gallego no es inversor. Mi opinión es que la mayor parte de los ahorradores son personas que confían en un profesional y hoy por hoy el ahorro en Galicia está gestionado por la banca comercial. Entonces, si te aconsejas del director de una oficina bancaria, lo normal es que no se vaya hacia productos fuera de balance, como fondos de inversión.

-¿Existe recelo a invertir?

-Lo importante es la educación financiera del ciudadano. En EFPA estamos trabajando en un proyecto que pretende mejorarla. Para que una familia o cliente busque un asesor financiero tiene que tener claro que quiere gestionar sus finanzas personales. Entonces, el asesor le va a ayudar a partir del nivel que él tenga de conocimientos. ¿Para qué? Para que rentabilice sus ahorros de una forma

-¿Estamos en un buen momento para invertir?

-Es necesario invertir siempre que una parte de los ingresos que tenemos no los dediquemos a consumo, sino que lo guardemos para gastarlos mañana: el concepto de ahorro. El hecho de que una persona se dedique a ahorrar para que el día de mañana quiera hacer una inversión o compra, desde ese momento tiene que poner ese dinero a trabajar. Y hay que hacerlo cuanto antes. Cada día que pasa con el dinero parado en una cuenta corriente o en un depósito a plazo, pierde valor.

También se darán las claves para analizar la propia situación personal y todo lo que debemos saber para invertir nuestro dinero, pedir un préstamo, aprender a utilizar la banca online de forma segura, ahorrar para la jubilación, planificar mensualmente nuestros ingresos y gastos, etc.
